NEW ACCOUNTS:

All retail store locations and all web businesses must be approved by LAFCO. Territory approval is required prior to shipping.

Orders for new accounts must be paid by credit card only.

OPENING MINIMUM ORDERS

RETAILERS: $800 minimum - must represent at least 6 fragrances of a product.

TRADE PROGRAM:

Please reach out to a us at trade@lafco.com to enroll in our trade program.

ONLINE RETAILERS:

All web businesses are required to sign and return LAFCO’s Online Agreement.

MAP PRICING:

LAFCO values our retail partnerships and requires retailers to list products at MAP – Minimum Advertised Pricing.

LAFCO requires that both brick and mortar retailers and online retailers follow MAP pricing.

Please refer to this order form for the listing of MAP prices.

REORDER:

LAFCO does not have a minimum reorder requirement, simply order in case pack quantities.

PAYMENT TERMS:

Opening orders are on credit card only.

Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Canada accounts are credit card only.

All other off shore accounts are wire transfer or credit card only.

ANNUAL MINIMUM SALES REQUIREMENT:

Please note that there is a yearly $2,500 minimum (in shipments) per retail Location to remain a LAFCO retailer.

Retailers that do not meet this minimum will no longer have active status, and may need to meet opening order requirements including territory review.

LAFCO REWARDS:

TESTERS:

Burn our candles in your store to elevate your customer’s experience and generate even more sales.

Candle testers are available one per case at the tester pricing.

Additional 15.5oz Signature candle testers may be purchased for $25 each.

Additional 6.5oz candle testers may be purchased for $15 each.

3-wick candle testers are only available with the purchase of a case pack.

DAMAGES & RETURNS:

All damages or mis-shipments must be reported within (5) business days of receipt.

No unauthorized product returns accepted.

Prior approval from LAFCO management mandatory for any returns.

Any approved product must be in original packaging and sell-able condition with no store tags on product.

20% restocking fee applies.
